Well, unless this was the first button you clicked on the home page! You've just seen the mountain and the flag and wanted to get it done didn't you? Or perhaps you're one of those people who like to read the last few pages of a novel to see how it's going to end before you start. LOLs.

Well, regardless of whether you've diligently worked your way through all the modules or you've just rocked up, NEW BEHAVIOURS is still the bees-knees anyways. 

Because when you think about it, this is the true test of our ability to have the tough conversation. Did the behaviour change? And did it stay changed? The second of those questions is arguably more important than the first. Because haven't you been in the space where;

The pathway.

In the NEW BEHAVIOURS pathway we'll look at: 

  1. Playing with some concepts around embedding the new behaviours and habits. Ensuring there is a good workflow and process in place to maximise a good outcome for them
  2. We'll also take a peek at why it's important to reinforce the new behaviour as soon as you see it
  3. But firstly we'll give you some ideas on how to bring it back to their performance. What the pathway and consequences may be.
